On Tuesday, October 13, 2020, the UCLA Computer Science Department held a private Virtual Career Fair through the software platform Gatherly. The successful event brought the department affiliate members together with students, allowing them to build student-company relationships and increase their presence on campus by promoting internships and/or job positions for the computer science students. Through the Gatherly platform, the represented companies had dedicated video chat booths to meet students one-on-one and collect resumes.
