CS PhD Student Has Study Published in Nature Journal

Zeyuan (aka Johnson) Chen, a UCLA PhD student in Computer Science and Computational Medicine, recently co-authored a study that was published in the Nature Genetics journal. The study is based on work Chen and others have done under CS and Comp Med Professors Sriram Sankararaman and Eran Halperin, and investigates how to identify and track genetic risk factors for obesity in DNA.
