 Rachel Kim Bierner is a Senior Vice President at Bank of America in Global Information Security (GIS) division, where she has accountability for cyber security planning. At Bank of America, Rachel has had a broad range of experience in leading technology organizations, covering the full lifecycle of software delivery, program/project management, data management, application governance, access management, and technology operations. Prior to joining Bank of America, Rachel was a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), specializing in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution implementations. Rachel is actively involved in several organizations that promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment, development, and engagement of talent. She is a co-founder of Project Cyber, a non-profit organization focused on promoting cyber security with middle school and high school girls. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics (East Asia emphasis) from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA). She currently lives in her hometown of Los Angeles with her family.
