Ben is currently CTO of DataPop where he is responsible for all aspects of technology planning and execution including R&D efforts in Machine Learning, Semantic Computing, Big Data and Knowledge Graph development. Previously he severed as Vice President of Engineering at LeadPoint, Director of Engineering at Yahoo and Director of Technology at Reuters. He has extensive experience in large-scale high availability Internet based systems used in advertising, trading, eCommerce, mobile, social, search, financial system and data sciences. He has extensive experience in both startup and large complex development projects. Ben lives in LA and holds Ph.D. in Computer Science from UCLA and joint MS degree in Computer Science and MBA from the UCLA and has received several patents.
