- UCLA has one of the best Computer science Masters programme in the country.
- The UCLA quarter system is a fast paced 10 week period regime. It is not the time you can afford to snooze, however !!
- I think the length of the breaks between quarters is very reasonable to get recharged for a new adrenalin pumping quarter.
- With almost 300 days of 'hello sunshine', the UCLA campus is one of the most beautful places in Los Angeles, the city of Angels.
About Computer Science
Well, its easy, computer science is the science of computers, no, wait a minute, I can do better so here goes, technically it is the theoretical and practical study of design and implementation of computer systems.
That means people who study CS deal with the aspects like algorithms, application softwares, design theory, computer architecture and you can safely assume that every CS student can write some cool programs.
