- P.76, case 14, 15:  The two constraint [Exp_1] supset {bool}
  should be removed!

- P.77, case 20:  This whole case should be removed!

- P.84, bottom of the page:  In the _first_ printing of the book,
  the first case of the algorithm was wrong.  Here is the correct
  version from the _second_ printing of the book:

     INSERT( C subset X ) =
        for i in C do
           PROPAGATE(X,i)
        end

(If your book contains "Reprinted July 1994", then it is the
second printing.)
