How to Submit Homework

The project directory must be named PX, where X is the homework number.
Otherwise, a penalty of 5 points will be applied.

The main file must be named NAME.java,
where NAME is specified in the homework handout.
Otherwise, a penalty of 5 points will be applied.

Make sure the compiling (gjc NAME.java) and the execution (java NAME ...) commands
can be properly executed when PX is the current directory.

To electronically submit the homework, tar the PX directory along with the contents
and then gzip it to PX.tar.gz. Send this file PX.tar.gz as an attachment to
krishna@cs.ucla.edu.
The subject line of the mail must read "cs239_submission XXXXXXXX" (without quotes),
where XXXXXXXX is your 8 digit ucla id.

The submissions are processed by automatic scripts, so it is very important that the
submissions follow the guidelines specified. Anyone trying to submit without
following the above mentioned guidelines will incur a penalty of 5 points.

You are allowed to do any number of submissions before the deadline.
However only the last submission will be stored and evaluated.

Please use the same email account every time.

Please do keep the copy of your submitted tar.gz file till you get your grades.

The deadline for electronic submission is Wednesday at Noon.
Late homework will not be accepted.
