I am a fourth year Ph.D student at computer science department, UCLA. Before I came to UCLA, I worked as a software engineer in Washington DC. I missed student life so I decided to come back to school. I am a member of ZarLab, supervised by Prof. Eleazar Eskin.
News:
I won the Outstanding Ph.D Graduate Award 2012 of Computer Science Department, UCLA (One per year for Ph.D Graduates). My paper "Optimal Algorithm for Haplotype Phasing with Imputation using Sequencing Data" was accepted by Recomb 2012 and will be published by Journal of Computational Biology.Last updated@05/05/2012 by Dan He.
