All upper division School of Engineering & Applied Science courses are possible candidates for inclusion in a student's concentration area. However, courses should primarily be chosen from areas related to systems, signals, communication, information, control, decision processes, artificial intelligence, etc. EE 100, MAE 171C or EE 142 are recommended.

 

All upper division Computer Science courses are OK. The following are recommended: CS 161, CS 171L, CS CM186C/CM286C, CS CM286B and CS M296B.

 

Other graduate courses may be OK with appropriate permission.
