Guy Van den Broeck (UCLA Computer Science Department) and coauthors Vaishak Belle (KU Leuven, Belgium) and Andrea Passerini (Unversity of Trento, Italy) have received a Microsoft Best Paper Award for their paper submitted to the Association for Uncertainty in Artificial Intelligence (UAI 2015). Their paper, “Hashing-Based Approximate Probabilistic Inference in Hybrid Domains,” is published in the Proceedings of the 31st Conference on Uncertainty in Artificial Intelligence.
