Planes ...

The closest airport to UCLA is the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). You may also fly into Burbank Airport or Ontario International Airport, though these are considerably farther from us.
  
 

 

Trains ...

Often ignored, though by no means extinct, are the railway services in Los Angeles. You may find information on the the LA rail transit system and the growing Metrolink commuter rail at Union Station .

 

  
 

 

Automobiles ...

UCLA is located just north of Wishire Boulevard and Westwood Village. Take the 405 freeway and exit on Wishire Boulevard (east). Take a left on Westwood Boulevard (stay in the middle lane) and head north. Westwood Boulevard ends at UCLA and you will see an information kiosk on the left hand side. You can get a map of the campus and purchase parking ($7.00) from the kiosk attendants.

The Computer Science Department is (mostly) on the 3rd and 4th floors in Boelter Hall, which is adjacent to the Engineering IV building and the Math Sciences Building. Boelter Hall is in the middle of the UCLA south campus (see building 116 on the campus map). Boelter Hall can be accessed via bridges from Engineering IV or through the main doors by the Court of Sciences.
