Professor
and Chair Computer Science |
Professor Erlinger has been at Harvey Mudd College since 1981.
He is a founding member of the Computer Science Department and has been chair
for the past 7 years. Prior to Harvey Mudd, Professor Erlinger taught at UCLA
for 2 years. He received his BS from the University of San Francisco and his
MS and PhD from UCLA.
Professor Erlinger's professional experience includes 20 years in the aerospace
arena (Hughes Aircraft and The Aerospace Corporation) where he worked on various
system and networking projects. His research is in computer systems and computer
networks.
