Scope:

The Journal of High Speed Networks serves as an archive for papers
describing original results of lasting significance in both the
theory and practice of high speed networks. The journal publishes
contributed papers on original research, survey papers on topics of
current interest, technical notes, and short communications to report
the progress of long-term projects. Submissions to the journal are
refereed consistent with the review process of leading technical
journals.

The aim of this international journal is to publish original and
significant results on the research and development of high speed
data and communication networks. The main goal will be to provide
timely dissemination of information.

The journal will publish papers on a number of topics ranging from
design to practical experience with operational high speed networks.
The top ics covered will include but are not limited to:

      design and analysis of high speed networks 
      high speed LANs, MANs and WANs 
      all optical networks and applications 
      routing, flow control and congestion control 
      protocols for high speed communications 
      broadband ISDN and services 
      control and management of high speed networks 
      applications of high speed networks 
      experience with operational high speed networks.
