About the Club

The UCLA Hiking Club is devoted to organizing day hikes, camping, and backpacking trips for members of the UCLA community. Ultimately, I hope this website will serve to assist organization of independent group activities.
For now, it is a shoddy informational page.

What We Are

The Hiking Club exists to allow members to coordinate outdoor trips. We're a group of individuals who all enjoy hiking and related activities, and the club provides a means of allowing us to organize.

What We're Not

The Hiking Club does not provide training, leadership, or equipment for hikes. None of our members are professional outdoorspeople. If you are looking for instruction and professionally lead activities, see the UCLA Outdoor Adventures website.
