Little Fighter 2 Starsky H.Y. Wong

Little Fighter 2 (LF2) is a window platform game, developed by Marti Wong and me. We started the development at Sep 1999. At that time, Marti and I were undergrad students in CUHK, Computer Science Department. Before LF2, Marti had developed Little Fighter all by himself. When I met Marti at CUHK, we found that we have the same goal and dream, that is, to make a game that can satisfy most people. That is the main reason for why Little Fighter 2 was created.

The most update version of Little Fighter 2 is version 1.9c, and it has been download more than 2 million copies. Our webpage has been visited by more than 37.8 million times (at 08/16/2006). You can freely download our game at [here] [faq].

Right now I still receive tens of email everyday, asking me all kind of question about LF2. Thanks for all of them first. Many people asking me (or Marti) about will we keep working on LF2. The answer is NO. There are several reasons for this

  • I am now a PhD student in UCLA now. I need to complete my study first
  • Marti also has a full time job now. Both of us do not have much time on LF2.
  • We are thinking to develop a new game, which the idea should be as exciting as LF2. We hope the new game will be released around year 2008-2009, with online feature.
