Each Winter Quarter, I teach Current Research Topics in Bioinformatics, CM229, which is a research seminar covered a hot topic in bioinformatics. In 2008 year we covered eQTLs. In 2009, we will cover challenging computational problems in Bioinformatics.

Each Spring Quarter, I teach Computational Genetics, CS124/224 which is a combined graduate and undergraduate course covering the basics of the interdisciplinary topic of computational genetics. The course is cross listed between Computer Science and Human Genetics. If you are interested in joining the lab or research in this area, it is strongly recommended that you attend the course.
